PRINCE FREDERICK, Md. – ?Aug. 21, 2026? – The Calvert County Department of Public Works announces curb work will begin Monday, Aug. 24, on Farren Avenue in Solomons. Work is scheduled to be completed by Wednesday, Aug. 26.  

Work crews will start a curb replacement project along the roadway during regular business hours. The travel lane adjacent to the curb work will be closed during construction.
